k, so a bunch of us have recorded and edited our first podcast episode,

one question: how do we put it on iTunes,??? they want an RSS feed, how do i do that,

is there a free way to put it on iTunes?!?

please help, i don't want our episode to become outdated. (we need to et this thing up as soon as possible)

You have to host the mp3/audio/video file on a server.
Then you have to write an xml file.
Then you submit your xml feed to itunes.
Of course there are software apps that can help you write the xml.
There are many companies that offer podcast hosting if you don't have your own place to host the file.
Do you have a .mac account?
