Info needed for mini install in TRUCK.

I did a search but get hundreds of threads that have nothing to do with installing or even using a mac in a car.
what am I doing wrong with my searches.
I don't want to start new threads as I am sure this has been discussed but I can't seem to find any info?

I would be interested in advice from anyone who has put a mini in their car for music mainly, but also for maps or movies, games etc....
how did you do it and what did you do for screen, keys, mouse? etc???
