unresponsive wireless keyboard HELP!!!
i just bought an imac last night and today the down arrow key was stuck so i turned it off and turned it back on the keyboard light went on then blinked a few time then went off i have done this multiple times and it still cannot work. any responses will be very helpful

Possible it shipped with close-to-dead batteries. Step one, whenever step one is not "cut a hole in a box," should be to try swapping the batteries out. Usually you get clear warnings stating that the batteries are dying, but occasionally, you get wonkiness instead.
