Mail and imap folders not sync

Hello,

I'm using an imap email service. With Mozilla or Outlook I have no problems synchronizing my folders stored on the imap server, but with Apple Mail it is not working. I already read the help and tried to find a document in Apples support documentation, but I couldn't find something really helpful.

Does anyone has similar problems and/or knows what to do ?
