Iwork Pages and letterhead template

I wonder if I am having brain fade so early in the morning but I cannot figure out how to tell Pages NOT to use a template for pages 2 and onwards in a document. I.e. one page letter with letterhead template is fine, but pages 2 onwards use only blank pages!

Could some kindly soul rejig my ageing memory ! Thanks

EDIT: I think I have found the option in sections but I still cannot have different margin sizes (right to left) for page 1 and pages 2 onwards
