iBookG4user macrumors 604 Mar 7, 2007 #3 You can burn it in Mac OS X by inserting a blank disk and then clicking on the icon that appears on the desktop. Then drag files into the finder window and click burn. I really like roxio though, so why do you want an alternative?

epochblue macrumors 68000 Mar 7, 2007 #6 Burn, as mentioned above, would be a completely free alternative. There's also Disco, which is about $30. Neither of these would be a feature-for-feature replacement for Toast, but they'll get you most of the way.
