While I'm not promoting anyone ripping off Microsoft of their hard earned and richly deserved money 😉 you have to be careful with installing multiple copies of the same software. Office v.X doesn't require activation like on PCs, but if you are on a network trying to run the same copy on multiple machines Office will look out on the network and prevent the second copy opened from running.
