Your only option is Radeon X800 XT.

If you're going to upgrade, though, you might as well upgrade to the best, so I'd recommend skipping the 9800 and going for the X800 or, ideally, the X850. But that's kinda tough to find since they were BTO options only, but sometimes you can find them on eBay or wherever. There's not a massively huge difference between the X800 and X850 anyway.

Your options are the X800 XT (bought mine from buy.com), the 6800 GT, and the 6800 Ultra. The GT is slower than the ATI, and while the ultra is slightly faster than the ATI, your only reason to get it would be if you wanted to push 2 30" screens.
Also, I believe X800XT could drive 2 30" displays, or am I wrong?
No, one dual-link DVI and one ADC... so one 30" and one 23" max
