applescripts for appleworks

hey i was wondering if someone could make an apple scriptfor me or tell me how to make one at least. heres what i want. a script that writes 4250-10,000 an other one that writes 2,050 - 2,500 and another one that writes 23,900 - 27,000. if any one could help me with this it would be appreciated. i'm just not a genius with apple scripts

I really dont even need an apple script i just need number lists. if any one knows how i could get number lists i was wondering if u could tell me how to do it? or if any of u want to email a list with the numbers my email address is tormado2@yahoo.com any help is appreciated. I have to get a number and i dont wanna write them 🙁 . i thank anyone in advance who even gives me a hint on how to do this.
