I have a rule in Entourage which I want to be enable/disable remotely. For information the rule will turn on/off forwarding to my Blackberry. Entourage sits on a server at home.
I thought of doing this by setting up another rule which can detect a specific email (e.g. subject = forwardblackberry) which will then run an AppleScript to enable another rule. I have little experience of AppleScript but when I played with the editor it did not record the action of enabling the rule. Is what I am doing possible? Is there another way of doing this (apart from using Apple Remote Desktop or similar)? Would QuicKeys do this for me??
