I've had an odd video problem with my Apple TV and my TV (a Westinghouse LTV-32w1.) It only happens if I turn Apple TV "off" with the remove. When it turns back on the TV picture is not centered vertically in the screen. About a third of the picture is off the bottom of the screen.
The problem resolves after turning the TV off and on a few times. Or by turning the TV off for a while and waiting. Its probably some odd sync issue with my TV which is connect via a HDMI to DVI cable.
Curious if anyone else has experienced a similar problem. For now I just leave Apple TV on all the time.
Otherwise my Apple TV has been a great addition to our home media center. Great for music and pictures. Very good for playing recordings from my EyeTV. Just wish that there was a hardware encoder for H.264. It takes my MDD G4 1.25 DP all night to encode 2.5 hours of TV programing.
