Cost of logic board for Quicksilver G4 867?

Does anyone know how much it would cost to replace Quicksilver G4 867 logic board? Ballpark?

around $350 in parts
whats wrong with the machine?

It shuts down all by itself for no apparent reason. Ran the diagnostics disc, it says everything is fine.

I'm about to take it to repair shop but wanted to know how much certain parts cost in advance, in case they give me ridiculous number.

That could very well be a power supply too. My powermac did the same thing and it turned out to be a powersupply. All i had to do was call apple, take it the shop about 30 miles from here, and 2 hours later it was good to go.

Thanks for the tip, I'll look into power supply as well. But when I ran Apple Diagnostics disc, it said everything was fine. I guess that doesn't check power supply.

Do you have AppleCare? Even if you don't, if it's less than a year old, parts are still covered.

its your power supply. A reasonable repair is going to be under $200.
