Help (iPod doesn't appear in iTunes)
 so i plug in my 60g ipod photo the last of the non video's and man i tunes wont let it mount, i have it hooked to my(new last month) imac via a hub but it worked before now its been over 15 minutes and the ipod still dont show in i tunes??? the battery was kind of down could that be the problem?? please help. dont tell me i need a new ipod?? this has been my friend for a couple of years now and has about 5000 songs and 3000 pictures, thanks in advance--HURRYYYYY-- |

Try plugging it in directly to the back of the computer - don't use the hub.

wow i feel like a jackass i put some charge into the old girl and its werking now
