I've got a B&W G3 that came with one of those keyboards with two USB ports on it, but my iPod won't connect to it 😕

Any ideas on why? Works fine with the printer

Meh, Bad design 😛

The whole computer is only USB 1, I get that warning every time I plug in my 'pod. I went to get a USB2 card, but bought the wrong one!

Unless a keyboard is described as having a powered hub, most don't. It's always been this way, in my experience. 🙄

Most "Usb" keyboards are like 5-7 watts thru the on-board usb ports.. iPod needs like 10 watts + of power to transfer/charge the unit ..

Only way to get that power is direct-connect to the Mac or PC
