It's not a baby, it's a toddler! I mean she's standing and walking and everything, and says some words. She's like 2-3 years old.
This is 2nd on the list of child exploitation for YouTubery, right next to the "Sparkling Wiggles" (and my favorite part of it, the ensuing debacle). At least "Pearl" only cusses, she doesn't use racial expletives.
