Error Code 41

Hello all! I am new to the Mac world. I've just purchased a MacBook Pro, and I love it. The only problem I am having is, when I go to smb to my pc, I get an error code 41 "unexpected error occured" This only happens when I choose to connect to any shared folder on my pc. Any advice?

That's quite a generic error. Did you follow the MacRumors guide for networking a PC with a Mac? 🙂

Yeah, I followed it. I'm thinking it's a problem with my pc, because I can get to where I can see my shared folders, but I just can't get inside them. I guess I'll have to read up on sharing folders on XP.
