About the Console Games forum

The Console Games forum is for discussions about console-based games and hand-held game devices not made by Apple.

For discussions about computer games, use the Mac and PC Games forum.

Because console games are not a focus of MacRumors, posts in the Console Games forum do not count toward your total post count as displayed in your member profile and as used to determine eligibility for avatars and use of certain forums, as explained in the FAQ.

Game-related threads prior to April 2007 can be found in the archived Games forum, which covered both computer games and console games.

Users who have strong feelings for or against particular console games or platforms are entitled to their opinions, but must follow forum rules and avoid trolling, name-calling, personal insults, etc. You may take issue with another member's opinion, but you may not insult the other member for having that opinion.

Rules violations should be reported promptly to the moderators.
