Air Port Extreme - SIP/VoIP compatibility

I am having some issues getting a Mac Air Port Extreme to pass SIP information while using VoIP phones. Is there a setting that disables SIP transformation or provides constant NAT? Do these devices have a SPI firewall built into them? Is there a new firmware version that takes care of these issues?

the problem that I am having is I have three VoIP phones attached to this device and the router is altering the SIP header information and causing random call quality issues. I need to resolve this SIP header altering to allow the phones to contact their server correctly.
 
Can someone maybe direct me to some screen shots of the air ports UI? Also is there a way to configure remote access/administration into this device?
