Hey all. Trying to troubleshoot my bro's problem here. He just got a Macbook, and a Apple Wireless Keyboard with it. Problem is, I paired the keyboard, but it's totally freaking out.

For instance, for no apparent reason, one key will be as if it's continually pressed down (in this case, the letter "g" keeps being repeatedly *pressed,* even though no one is touching the keyboard), so if I'm in a Word document, it just keeps going with a page of "g"s.

Tried it a little bit ago, and it was the letter "L." There doesn't seem to be any order to to the madness, it just starts going haywire randomly. It has new batteries...I don't know what else it could be? Anyone? I'd really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Have you tried unpairing it and the pairing it again? If that doesn't work and it's brand new, then take it back for a replacement. 🙂

Edit: God dangit...just started doing the same thing all over again...hm. I have no idea what the heck the problem is...

Haha, I wrote that before the edit. Have you tried different branded batteries? Once again, I doubt it'll work but it might be worth a try before you take it back.
