Try www.pricewatch.com. They always have good prices. The trick is to find a reputable retailer. I usually use www.ramseeker.com which is a Mac only ram price site that always has the best prices as far as I have seen with only reputable retailers. The only problem with ramseeker is that last time I checked them an hour ago they hadn't updated for the new PowerMacs. I would expect to see an update by them in the next day or two though.
