iPod Moving my Music from PC to Mac

I just got my new Mac Pro & I want to migrate all of my music from my PC to my Mac. I am on a network & I can 'see' my iTunes folder in the PC.

Do I just copy the music & album artork folders or should I also copy over the Music Library .XML and .ITL files?
 
Just copy the entire "iTunes" folder from your PC's "My Music" folder (\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\) to your Mac's "Music" folder (/Users/username/Music).
