Yes...depends on what inputs the monitor has, but probably mini-dvi to dvi. No issues that I am aware of.

TFT is a form of LCD. High quality LCD screens will have DVI connectors. Lower cost ones are often limited to VGA (15 pin D-Sub). If your screen does not have a DVI connector then you need the Apple Mini-DVI->VGA adaptor, otherwise the Apple Mini-DVI to DVI adaptor.

More or less any USB keyboard will work (as will mice).
