Internet Explorer display problems

Hi,

does anyone know why IE 7.0 has this big disability to display pages wrong? such as tables out of place and image colors wrong?

Firefox, Safari, Opera and even Konquerer display webpages normal and pixel perfect, yet IE the world's worst browser has to be different...

Because MS doesn't follow web standards, I imagine IE 6 has problems too.

IE 7 is a hell of a lot better than previous versions.

There aren't too many big problems.

Microsoft have twisted the standards to suit themselves so while most other browsers are standard compliant and display properly standard compliant sites as they were meant to be viewed, they possibly won't display properly in IE.

The problem has become a lot less evident with IE 7, but it still acts funny with frames and the float tag for some reason.
