The other day my fiancee came home from school and asked if we had powerpoint because she needed it to open files for her class for the next few weeks, well we don't so I told her I'd order Keynote which opens PPT's, this was Wednesday. I did regular mail and Keynote was still shipped and arrived here Friday. Can't ask for better service than that can you? Everything I've bought for my mac, including my mac itself I have purchased straight from the Online Apple Store and it's been the same case with each purchase, even if my area Best Buy starts to carry Apple products I'll probably still buy most of my merch straight from the Apple Store.
