I'm running low on HD space and have quite a few pictures that I don't really need anymore. What's the best way to go about removing them? At the moment, I'm going through individual folders in Lightroom, marking them as rejected, then when I get to the bottom I "Delete Rejected Photo's". Is there a faster way to do this?

I guess the fastest way to delete photos is to delete the ones you don't like, so I guess what you're doing is OK.

Maybe you could search for all the 1 or 2 star photos and delete those, too.

I guess a faster way to do it is to mark rejected photos you don't like from the start, after uploading. Thats what I do. Then every once in a while, I delete them.
