Ways to improve my site?

I believe this is the 3rd version I have posted. I think after every critique it becomes a much stronger site. I really want to create a really well designed site as well as an easy to navigate one. I'm looking for any suggestions that will help my site stand out from other related sites. Since I have a lot of time this summer I really want to strive for a professional look. The site is the same one as in my signature but I will put a link here too. Pet Growth

The site structure and navigation are excellent IMO.
The weakest aspect is the page header graphic; it's just not commensurate with the quality of the rest of the site.
The cat growth photo frame is also a bit weak.
I'd recommend simplifying these elements and refer back to the gradients used in the rest of the interface.

Also, the navbar drop shadow is cut-off a bit on the right side.

Nice site.

It looks good. The only things I would change is the border around the header image, it looks rather odd. And then the navbar, it could be just a bit bigger and the text on the un-selected navbar could be a different color- it is a little bit hard to read.

But good work imporoving the site over all.

I think it looks pretty nice also.

One thing that I noticed is, generally considering what is in your website, I don't see any reason why it cannot dynamically size to window width, instead of making me scroll horizontally....
