href HTML elements works fine for Firefox and IE but not for Mac Safari

Hi
I am new to Mac safari browser.
My code is working fine in IE,Fire box in Mac,
but that is not working in Safari.

Click on the href, it's not taking to that link.

This problem occurs not often.I don't know what
is the reason for that.
