i web and internet

i created a page in iweb but when i upload it to the internet i get all types of crazy letters and stuff on it. example is here http://students.csci.unt.edu/~gdt0022/Site/Resume.html
anyone have any solution for this?

Out of curiousity did you type the text directly or cut and paste from another document?
