Yes. Just navigate to your PROFILE on the PC and copy it over to /Application Support/Firefox on the Mac.
Can't remember offhand the path to the profile on the PC (it's been a while since I was on one) but it's NOT in the same place as Firefox is. It's a separate directory.
You will probably need to enable "hidden files and folders" on the PC to find the profile. Oh, and your Theme(s) and extensions/addons should also migrate over, as they're in the profile, too.
Firefox favourites you can easily export. So save that file somewhere, then replace the favourites file on the mac with that.
As for passwords, I've not looked at how it is handled on mac, keychain? dunno, but I'm assuming it uses the same setup cross-platform. Thus, take a look here http://snarfed.org/space/change%20firefox's%20saved%20passwords copy your passwords file over and voila.
For really easy bookmark backup/transfer/syncing try the foxmarks ( http://www.foxmarks.com/ ) FF add-on. It will keep all your bookmarks syncd between whichever computers you install the add-on on and it serves as a online backup for them too.
