Delete button

Where can I find the delete button on a Macbook? Am I being blind/stupid or does it not exist. I'm fed up of keep using the backspace button!!!
Cheers

I don't have a MacBook, but I think it's something like shift + backspace or option + backspace. Try those out.

Yup, that's function. I wanted to say that in my post but I wasn't actually sure fn was a button on the MB keyboard.

It's a 3 year old thread. They got their answer, and that wasn't it. And they haven't been on the site for 2 years.

Necrothreading =)

On a Macbook:

Fn + backspace - "del" key (delete letter to the right)
Alt + backspace - Delete last word
Command + backspace - Delete whole line

Note: Answering just so any googlers can find out, like I did.
