I think Apple set the stage both for & against P2P with ITMS, and it's only a matter of time before others follow their lead. I don't see how any P2P companies can justify legalizing their purposes, but maybe something with approved files & a per-click fee could start something?

Well, remember that iSuck could've destroyed Apple's links with the music companies...

Still exists but doesn't seem to be doing any damage...
