Samsung 226BW "S" vs "C" panel explanation?

A buddy of mine recomended the 226BW so I go to the newegg webiste to purchase it and I see this S vs C crap.
What are the difference between the two panels? And how do I know which one I get?
 
If I buy the samsung monitor i have a 50/50 chance of getting an S panel.
What is the difference between it and the C panel?
