Hot iSight?

I have only had it for a couple of hours now, but my iSight is turned off and it seems pretty (heat) hot. Do these stay hot, or is mine defective?

The iSight does tend to get hot after being on for an extended period of time.

if its on top of a CRT monitor, id imagine thats your answer right there

I don't have an iSight but, I would not think that it is anything to worry about, even digital cameras, if used for an extended period of time, heat up. My cannon's lcd screen tends to get warm and so does the area near the battery, I just think that it is something to be expected that when you conduct electricity, things will get hot.
