why don't they advertise this on their site? if anything it's a nice upgrade to mention somewhere on apple's site.
If it does, then how do you activate it? I took a few pics using photo booth just now and they are still 640*480 px in size.
Well the software is being used to downscale the Resolution of the camera.I doubt any software other than PhotoBooth or iMovie would be necessary. It's dependant on the camera, not software.
1.3 MP isn't impressive..
