I recently got a Powermac G4.However, I plugged it in and when I press the power button, nothing happens. Could it be I have a bad power supply? Is there anything else that could be going on? Thanks.

Before panicking, replace the PRAM battery.

It is a 1/2AA 3.6 V Lithium cell, and it should be available from Radio Shack or Apple dealers. about $8 - $10

These need replacing every 3 - 5 years. More often if the machine has been unplugged and unused.
