Random closure of iPhoto

Has anyone else expirenced random closure in iPhoto? It seems to quickly shut off then ask you if you would like to reload it. Is there any update needed? Ive recently bought my first macbook and everything is updated.
Any thoughts?
 
What are you doing at the time it quits? Do you have any devices plugged in at the time? Do you have any third party system hacks, theme changers or iPhoto plugins installed? Maybe check Console in the Utilities folder and see if the iPhoto crash log has anything to say... 🙂
