Seriously though, you could probably find a tutorial on google. I did a quick search and didn't find anything too helpful, but I am at work, so I don't have a lot of time.

Here's a manual for the older studio displays
Here's a site where they took a cinema display apart, though it's in Korean. Bablefish might be of use
