Share an iTunes language between OSX and Windows XP

Is it possible with bootcamp or even iTunes to have all of my music and stuff on an external hard drive and then be able to access it from iTunes on OSX and iTunes on windows?
 
Why yes, yes it is.

Just plop all your music on a FAT32 external HD, and open them in iTunes. You can open them in both iTunes for mac and windows.
