Who wants Pink iPhone?

This actually had me think. You probably don't want to care too much about protecting your iPhone from scratches. You can send in for repaint!

Link:
http://www.colorwarepc.com
(the same company who paint all apple laptops)

I believe only the button is made of clear plastic though. Nonetheless, 150$ doesn't justify a new look imo. We'd rather get a new one as the price of the iPhone will likely go down in the near future.

the stupid colorware logo is very sad, you pay 150$ and then they still have the colorware logo on it.

i've seen this today on crave.cnet.com today, they're really nice, i would take the ferrari version with red and black

See, I would much rather have the case be customizable than the ringtones. Some of those colors look good. Not $150 good, but good nonetheless.

I don't mind their logo at all... the phones look great. But what does this do to the apple warranty?

Takes it to $219 to have Frame, Button, Logo, Earbuds, and Dock done as well.

It might be wort it if...

It would only be worth it if they actually modified the black bezel which is underneath the glass. Obviously they might have to deal with the touchscreen layers, making it too complicated.

Otherwise, most color combinations look nasty combined with a black front.

Any word on how the paint won't just come off, especially around the rim due to abrasion?

they claim their X2 paint technology is scratch resistant.

the logo is dumb...it doesn't show up as much with the white background.

The U2 iphone post was funny btw.

It would void the apple warranty. If you look over their site they tell you that you then end up with a waranty from them instead of Apple. At least that's what I got out of it at first glance.

I would love to have it done, but I can't be 8 - 10 days without my iPhone. They need to come up with a loaner program.

No, not too much to ask for. You just have to wait 5 years.
