Does your Contour ISee case creak or move?

Hi,
I have the ISee and it moves a little, but only at the top of the phone....it is not doing any damage to the phone, but it is annoying me a bit. You can basically squeeze it and it creaks...is this what everyone's does or is mine messed up?
