Ringtone App?
I've been looking for app that can turn mp3's into ringtones.
Just a small simple free app (for Windows) that can slice an mp3 file down to like 15 seconds. This is for a friend who isn't the most computer savvy, and something like Audacity would be a bit too complicated.
