Convert Xvid files with subtitles to DVD

I have many xvid encoded files with external SRT subtitle files. There are various programs for Windows that allow me to convert them to DVD with selectable subtitles. Does anyone know of a program for OS X that can do this?

Thanks for the advice, MisterMe. However, will I be able to convert the external subtitles to be used on the DVD? I didn't see anything like that in iDVD.
