My Mac Book Won't turn on. When I press the power button it turns on in sleep mode ( I guess) with the screen in black and the white led on. I can't wake it and to turn it off I have to press for 3 secs the power button.
Do I have to take it to service?

Are you shutting the machine down by going to shutdown then closing the lid right away? That causes OSX to halt the shutdown and go to sleep mode. Then when you think you are starting your laptop up again, it is only waking then resuming the shutdown process.

You'll find that people who use laptops rarely shut them down (occasional restart every few days) - sleep mode works best.
