How to write a script

Hi,

New member here, just wanted to know if anybody know a script for refreshing a web page?

For instance, I advertise on Craig list, and in a 15 minute span, my ad gets burry to the bottom of the page, is there a script, or some sort of micro that will to put in the page, so that it refreshes like every hour, bringing your ad back up to the top of the page.

I hope some body can point me in the right direction
Thanks

isn't that spamming?

(which, I might add, is against craigslist rules?)
