Is there any programs for windows like senuti where it uploads your music into itunes?

Although I've not used it before, igadget seems like it should do what you want.

I'll add my vote for SharePod. It worked well back when I was on windows, although the UI was ugly IMHO.

It does the trick and is nice that it lives contained on your iPod (portable application).

Pod to PC works for Windows and Pod to Mac works on OSX. Both are freeware and work with iPhones & iTouches too.
