I beleve it is, but i think they only have off bands..... i duno really thats just my impression....no experence

Duff-Man says....if by legit you mean the artists see any money from this, then no way, no way, no way. Giving any of your money here is like paying to pirate music.....oh yeah!

A lot of artists start with mp3.com because it's easy to get started there but move on once they get established (read: once they find out how badly they screw you) or get the support of a record label.
