Any word when Apple will update the UK site to mate that of the lovely new US one?
 
i've been wondering about this too.
also, what about the UK online Apple Store? that needs to be updated to match the new wider USA version.
 
I'm sure any update to the UK site will apply to the UK store.

The new US site has been live for quite a while now, I don't understand why the UK one hasn't followed suit - as a professional web developer I would imagine it's just a matter of adapting the new template for the UK-specific content.
 
Why wait that long? I would hesitant a guess that the majority of UK users have seen the new US site - which is a massive improvement.

Why are Apple neglecting their UK customers!?

it's not just UK though. It's everywhere bar US
 
I've been wondering this too, guess it can't be too far away. I think Apple have enough to deal with at the moment without sprucing up their stores, but I'm sure the time will come.

For a company like Apple, image is very important - it's one of their key selling points.

A consistent brand is a key factor - which is why it amazes me that after this amount of time the UK (and others) site hasn't been updated.
