i am trying to delete toast completey of my system, when i do a search for toast in the finder i get something that says cSegmentedtoastencoding.strings. is this part of toast or something to do with the system itself. thanks alot!

Where is that file? If it's not in System or Library then it's probably not part of Toast.

BTW you might also mant to search for "roxio" to make sure you get rid of everything.

Looks like it's part of the Disk Image Framework, so no, it's not part of Toast so don't delete it. And, as Nermal said, search for Roxio to find all the associated files.
