Uhhh I just clicked something, I think on Digg.com, and something for drivecleaner.com popped up..... do I need to do this scan??? I am so confused.
 
It's nothing to worry about. It's just one of those annoying pop-ups with fake messages. No scan necessary. Just ignore and click away...

Yeah, it's an annoying pop-up add that thwarts Safari's "Block Pop-up Windows" using a Javascript error to force you to their website (clicking Cancel or OK takes you there), and it resizes your window. The website then logs your IP, system, and browser type. It's more than annoying.
