There MUST be a Leopard themed dock by now!! Is there??

No... it is a legit "Leopard" like dock... it is slow (at least on my G5) but it certainly looks pretty.

Nah it's not really a legit dock. It's more of an application that appears under your dock that looks like the Leopard dock. It has no functionality and in order to change the size you need to use Terminal. It's more for looks and screenshots than anything.
 
I don't think you all have actually tried the program in it's latest version (at all)

It resizes as a normal dock would and if you have the default dock set to transparent it acts as the leopard dock would (minus the "true" 3D).

Give it a shot.

And no, I am not affiliated in anyway with the program.

Ah I downloaded the latest version and it has indeed changed. It's laggy so I don't think it's your computer that affects it, rather it's just the app. Good to see the progress that's come a long though. 🙂
